Beverlee Beaz, The Brown Burmese

by: Regan W.H. Macaulay

Beverlee Beaz, the brown Burmese, longs for adventure and has the powerful imagination to make it happen! On a lovely but otherwise ordinary day, she seeks excitement among the forests and fields surrounding her home, where she lets her imagination run wild. The ordinary suddenly becomes extraordinary in the eyes of this little brown cat. Let's follow Beverlee on her adventure...through the forest, and inside her mind!

About the Author
Regan is an art-fart and an animal-enthusiast who loves New Zealand, Winnie-the-Pooh, horror movies and a few select individuals. Writing is her passion, but she’s also into producing and directing theatre, film, and television. Her feature film, Space Zombies: 13 Months of Brain-Spinning Mayhem!, a silly B-movie on purpose, is available on iTunes (under Horror, but be assured, it’s a family-friendly movie), and will be available on DVD later in 2016, along with the paperback novelette adaptation, also written by Regan. Beverlee Beaz the Brown Burmese is Regan’s first picture storybook. Her second picture book, Sloth the Lazy Dragon, also illustrated by Alex Zgud, will be published very soon!

When she’s not writing or spending time with her husband (writer Kevin Risk), she spends quality time with her pets (a Chihuahua, Siamese cross cat, and a few amphibians). Regan is also a Certified Canine (and feline) Massage Therapist in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
